Corporate classes are available online or in-person (Surrey).

This class is all about evolving your practice through intentional, focused themes. Each month, we work on a new area—whether it's a pose, balance, core strength, philosophy or flexibility. Sophie offers a safe space with progressive and creative sequencing that encourages growth and mind-body connection.

With room for play, mindfulness, aromatherapy to awaken your senses, each session is designed to bring you deeper into your practice.

A one to one yoga session with me ensures correct alignment (reducing the risk of injury), hands-on adjustments, progress at your own pace and allows for immediate feedback.

 

With a customized sequence, tailored to your goal, at your own pace and focusing on specific areas of improvement. One to one yoga sessions are available online in and around Surrey.​​
